Strong market action with the impetus being earnings.  Intel was the catalyst but so was JP Morgan and the expectation of good earnings later in the week.  Solid breadth and good turnover buoyed the markets as the Dow crossed the 10K level for the first time in well over a year.  While some are reminiscing over this meaningless number it does certainly represent a milestone.  Even more important is the SPX, which is knocking on the door of 1100.  We may see that fall later this week, too.  Commodities were strong with the weaker dollar, bonds also were off a bit.  Financials and tech seem to be leading the way, and we should see more of that in the coming days.
