Great News - Heating costs to decline this winter!

The Boston Globe trumpets 'A Grim Forecast for Heating Costs' in the prime spot on its front page. They did an article in 2005 about the 'new rich' in Boston and their extravagant lifestyles. The new rich got that way because of the Boston real estate market which the Globe trumpeted "shows no signs of slowing down". I wrote the reporter and said thank you for the contrary indicator on the markets. She said "what is a contrary indicator?"
