Remec Corporation (REMC US)

Remec designs and manufactures microwave and millimeter wave subsystems. Over the past few months many of the company’s business lines have been sold, distributions have been made and Remec is now cash rich. The company has a few lawsuits with minor potential penalties. One lawsuit is due to the fact that another company is getting sued and Remec happened to have touched the product during the manufacturing process although they never did any errors themselves.

The main catalysts for this company are payout of liquidating dividends and resolution of litigation where they expect the company to be absolved.
