DMX (Itrax Inc)

Itrax is an internal company healthcare centre, where it also provides employee wellness programs as well as disease management services. These services are delivered at or near the client's work site by opening and managing a health center or pharmacy dedicated to the client and its eligible population.

           

The analysis which I am describing the catalyst was made in January 2007. Since then the price has already risen by approximately 12%. The main point of the buy recommendation was that the company has some major clients and there is room for growth from the existing clients. Itrax hired new sales people to get more employees from a specific client to sign up. There is little competition in the specific business area, no high capital requirements which means they can internally fund growth.

           

The main catalyst for this buy trade was that although the company and the product isn’t well known there have been magazine and journal articles written describing the product which confirm the product and services’ success. They are seeking further patents and are continually growing as their sales people are increasing with the hope of getting more employees company to sign up.
