Aaron F. Barkoff

Aaron F. Barkoff is a patent litigator, primarly representing biotech and pharmaceutical companies. His specializations extend to freedom-to-operate analysis, counsel on infringement and validity, and FDA regulation. He also has patent prosecution experience in chemistry and biotech cases. Aaron is especially interested in the overlap between patent law and food-and-drug law. In May 2006, he launched the Orange Book Blog, a website that reports on upcoming legislation, regulation and litigation of patent law. Aaron joined the law firm MBHB in 1999 and became a partner in 2007.
